REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – BLABBR

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, one-time setup work, and usage-based charges are handled for Blabbr Services. This Policy should be read with our Terms of Service at:

1) OVERVIEW

Blabbr may offer:

- Subscription plans (monthly or yearly recurring)

- Optional one-time setup or implementation work (if purchased)

- Optional usage-based fees for communications features (if enabled)

Because infrastructure costs and work may begin immediately, refunds are limited as described below.

2) SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS (MONTHLY / YEARLY)

2.1 General rule

Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written promotion, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. This includes:

- No partial-month refunds if you cancel mid-month

- No partial-year refunds if you cancel mid-year

- No credits for time not used

2.2 Billing mistakes

If you believe you were billed in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 30 days. If we confirm an error, we will correct or refund the charge.

3) ONE-TIME SETUP / IMPLEMENTATION WORK (IF PURCHASED)

If you purchase one-time setup work:

- Once work has started, setup fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we clearly fail to deliver the agreed scope.

- If you cancel before work begins, we may (at our discretion) provide a partial or full refund.

4) HOW TO CANCEL

To stop future charges, cancel before your next renewal date.

Cancel by:

- Using the cancellation option inside your account (if available), or

- Emailing [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with a clear cancellation request before renewal

After cancellation:

- Your access continues until the end of your current paid period

- No further subscription charges occur after that period ends

- We may disable access to hosted services/features after the paid period ends

5) USAGE-BASED CHARGES (IF ENABLED)

Some features may generate usage-based fees (SMS/MMS, phone minutes, carrier fees, etc.). These charges:

- Are billed in addition to your subscription

- Are non-refundable once incurred because providers charge us when used

6) TRIALS, PROMOTIONS & GUARANTEES (IF OFFERED)

If we offer a trial, discount, or money-back guarantee, the exact terms will be shown on the promotion/checkout page and apply only to that offer. If there is no explicit refund guarantee, the rules in this Policy apply.

7) FAILED PAYMENTS & SUSPENSION

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until the account is paid. We are not responsible for missed leads/messages resulting from suspension due to non-payment.
